How do I get my profile link?
Your link is perki.es/your-username. You set your username during onboarding and can change it any time in Settings → Profile URL.
Is perkies free?
Yes, fully free. You get unlimited social links, audio, background customization, Discord/Spotify presence, and analytics — no credit card needed. A Pro tier with custom domains and higher file limits is in development.
How does Discord presence work?
Connect your Discord account to perkies and your live status, activity and Spotify track show up automatically. When you connect, you're added to the perkies Discord server in the background — that's what lets us read your presence. No manual steps.
How do I add Spotify to my profile?
Spotify shows automatically when you're playing music on Discord and have your Discord connected to perkies. There's no separate Spotify login required.
Can I use my own background image or video?
Yes. In the editor, go to the Design tab and upload a background image (up to 3 MB). Video backgrounds are coming in the Pro tier.
How do I add music to my profile?
In the editor, go to the Audio tab. Upload an MP3 file (up to 8 MB). You can set cover art, trim the track to a specific section, and choose between a floating player or an in-card player.
Who can see my profile?
Your profile is public at perki.es/your-username. Anyone with the link can view it. There is no option to make profiles private at this time.
How do analytics work?
Every time someone visits your profile, it counts as a view — deduplicated by IP address once per day, so refreshing doesn't inflate the count. You can see views over time, top countries, and referring sites in your Dashboard → Analytics.
How do I change my email or password?
Go to Settings → Account. You'll see options to change your email (requires confirmation) and password. Password change is only available if you signed up with email/password (not Discord OAuth).
I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the sign-in page, click "forgot password?" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. You'll be asked to type "delete" to confirm. This permanently removes your account, profile, and all uploaded files.
Something is broken. How do I report it?
Email us at support@perki.es with a description of the issue and your username. We'll look into it.
